Accessibility
South Stars Forms is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, so it can be used with a keyboard, a screen reader (such as VoiceOver on iPad and iPhone), zoom and larger text.
What we do
- Every field has a label, and errors are linked to the field they belong to.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap, and say what they do.
- Nothing is shown by colour alone: statuses also use words or symbols, and charts can be shown as tables.
- Forms use a light background and high-contrast text so they can be read outdoors.
- Pages are checked automatically for accessibility problems as part of testing.
If something doesn’t work for you
Tell your manager or contact [Data protection contact email to be confirmed]. If you can’t use the app, or part of it, we’ll make a reasonable adjustment: for example, a manager can complete or read a form with you, or we can provide the information in another format.
